All Sales Are Final
At Blossom Maison, every arrangement is custom-designed using premium, fresh, and perishable flowers. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, including online and in-person purchases. This includes any deposits, which are also non-refundable.
Because flowers are natural and perishable, slight variations in color, shape, and size are expected. Proper care is essential, and it is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the Blooms Care & Handling section detailed in this web page.
Order Cancellations
Because we begin preparing your order immediately—sourcing flowers, designing, and scheduling delivery—cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed.
For weddings, events, and sympathy arrangements, all deposits and payments remain non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery has been attempted or completed.
Recipient Availability
If the delivery address is unreachable or the recipient is unavailable, our standard delivery policies apply (see “Delivery & Pick Up”). Refunds or cancellations cannot be issued due to recipient unavailability.
Defective Arrangements
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. If you receive a defective arrangement, you must notify us within 12 hours of receiving your bouquet by emailing at orders@blossommaison.com with: Your full name, order number or proof of purchase and clear photos of the arrangement showing the concern. If a replacement applies, please note that delivery cannot be guaranteed on the original delivery date. A new delivery date will be scheduled, and we will make every effort to deliver the replacement as soon as possible. No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances.
