Blossom Maison provides delivery throughout Chicago and nearby suburbs. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address.

Requested Delivery Times:

While we strive to honor every request, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic and logistics within Chicago and its suburbs, incorrect delivery information, the recipient not available at the delivery address, severe storm conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

You may request a preferred delivery time frame by entering it in the Special Instructions box at checkout, and we will make every effort to accommodate it.

If the Recipient Is Not Home:

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery: We will follow any specific instructions you provided in your order. If we cannot reach you for guidance, we may: • Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area such as the front porch • Leave it with a neighbor • Leave a notice asking the recipient to call us to arrange a later delivery or a pick-up option. We will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the arrangement will be available for pickup at our designated pickup location.

Recipient Contact:

To ensure a smooth delivery, we may contact the recipient to: • Confirm someone will be present to receive the flowers, or • Verify delivery details such as address or access instructions. If you prefer that we do not contact the recipient, please indicate this in the Special Instructions box during checkout.
